There is no indication of what the original values are. settings are given as numeric values OR high/medium/low quality OR "original". Basically, it gives you the options of using a huge range of built-in Codecs (no apparent facility for adding your own codecs) and customizing them to your needs, while also including some pre-customized profiles and explaining clearly what each of the above is normally used for. Very simple interface, yet it allows you to perform advanced functions with the same simplicity.
